Bestball Values & Discrepancies at Current ADP

Ezekiel Elliot   ADP 130, RB 40 on Underdog Ezekiel Elliot ended the 2023 season as RB32 last year. And he only took on a significant role after Rhamondre Stevenson's injury late in the year. When he had the backfield to himself, though, he surprisingly produced solid numbers. His blocking and receiving skills allowed him to stay on the field for all 3 downs, catching a lot of passes actually leading the Patriots in receptions in 2023. He may never be a RB1 again, but he definitely has RB2 upside as the main back in Dallas with only Rico Dowdle likely to take carries away. So with a potential 3 down role and a lot of TD equity on a high powered offense (40 catches and 10 TDs are totally realistic), it's easy to see a path for him to well outperform his ADP at the end of the 11th round. In my latest Underdog draft, I picked him up in the 11th Rd as my 4th RB.  Rashee Rice ADP 83, WR 47 on Underdog We all know why Rashee Rice's ADP has plummeted. But no matter where I look, h...

Dynasty Superflex Bestball Trade Strategy - Tiering Down

Image
Different league setups offer different challenges and require different strategies. A lineup league that starts only 8 or 9 offensive players requires a different approach than a deeper bestball league that starts 11 or 12. In lineup leagues, I feel more comfortable with the consistent guys and I'm always looking to consolidate my depth into elite starters for my lineup. However, in deep bestball leagues, I wanna do the opposite. I want as many potential scorers with high ceilings, even if they cannot all be elite or may not be consistent scorers, on my roster. My bestball team is only as good as the depth on my bench really. So something that I like to do, and have been doing all offseason, is making trades where I tier down at a position to acquire multiple players or a lesser valued player within the same tier or tier below along with a draft pick. If I can trade a player but still get back 2 players who produce or a supposed lesser player in return with similar production AND ...

Undervalued Dynasty Superflex Trade Target - Will Levis

Image
When Will Levis got his chance to start in week 9 last season, he couldn't have dreamed up a better performance. Fantasy owners jumped for joy. He put up an eye-popping 34 point fantasy game throwing for 4 TDs. Unfortunately, the rest of the season wasn't as explosive. It was a mixed bag of single digit fantasy performances along with a few games in the high teens, then ending the year with an injury. But you could see the promise and potential. He averaged just over 15 fantasy points per game in the games he started and finished (he left the week 17 game after only 6 pass attempts). By November last year, Will Levis's dynasty Superflex trade value was at it's peak. But since, it has plummeted back down to its lowest point since the beginning of the 2023 season (according to Keep Trade Cut & DLF value charts).  I find this to be a bit insane. Levis was a 2nd Rd pick who is likely to not only improve upon his rookie season, but be given every opportunity to retain th...
